PERSONAL ORDER EVENT FUKUOKA-Vol.1-

On December 13, 2025, we held an order event in Fukuoka. The venue, following the joint order event for suits, shirts, and shoes "Kamihama Matsukai" held this past June, was the atelier Pinorso, owned by suit craftsman Mr. Matsukuma.
This time, we delivered three pairs of buckle-design shoes. Even with the same design, the appearance varies depending on the upper material and the finish of the buckle surface, resulting in a unique character for each pair.
Please take a look at the distinctive presence that only buckle designs offer, the expression of the leather, and the impression they create when worn.

Bespoke Jodhpur boots in Dark Brown Long-pile Kid Goat Suede
Original buckle in 925 sterling silver
For the first client, we had previously delivered black kid goat suede boots of a similar design, and this time, we created a dark brown kid goat suede version as a color variation.
The kid goat suede used is goatskin from goats approximately 6 months old. Its characteristics include long, dense fibers, making it incredibly supple and pleasant to the touch. Despite its thinness of 0.9mm, its dense fibers give it the inherent durability of goat leather.
Although it is a long-pile suede, the glossy beading accentuates the lines, giving the overall design a sharp impression.

Original buckle in 925 sterling silver
We also delivered Jodhpur boots to the second client. This time, we had a rare consecutive delivery of boots.
This client has a high instep on their right foot and was concerned about pressure from off-the-shelf shoes. However, the shoes delivered this time have resolved that issue, allowing them to wear them without discomfort.

Bespoke Single Monk Strap in Dark Brown Kudu Leather
Original buckle in 925 sterling silver

This single monk strap shoe has only one strap hole, as per the client's request. With bespoke footwear, precise crafting to the foot's shape eliminates the need for excessive adjustment range, making such specifications possible.
The kudu leather used for the upper has a unique, wild texture and a thickness of approximately 2.5mm, making it easy to create a moderately casual feel. It is a leather we frequently recommend in our shop. Furthermore, its thickness makes it a robust material for the cold winter months.
This time, we introduced three pairs of shoes delivered at the PERSONAL ORDER EVENT FUKUOKA. All of them had a beautiful finish, with no unnecessary creases on the instep, unwanted gaps at the topline, or lifting at the base of the strap, satisfying all our clients.
The report on the Fukuoka order event continues in Vol. 2.
