1. Reservation

   Please make a reservation by phone or through our website before visiting our store. (By appointment only)

2. First Visit (Measurement & Consultation)

   We will take your foot measurements, check fitting, and discuss design and materials.
   Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes

3. Trial Fittings (1st & 2nd)

   To ensure the best possible fit, we conduct two trial fittings over about six months.
   Typically, the first fitting uses transparent resin shoes, and the second fitting uses leather fitting shoes.

4. Completion & Delivery

   After the trial fittings, we produce the final pair of shoes incorporating all adjustments.
   Delivery is available either in-store or by shipping.

Price: From ¥460,000 (tax excluded) – For customers who have previously ordered with us

Delivery time: 12–18 months (subject to change depending on the number of fittings)
